A miracle !!!

We’ve been trying earnestly for the past 1 month to get a Smart Card for our Car papers, as its easy to carry around, instead of the long RC paper.

We’ve tried even before but the RTO (Regional Transport Office) always came up with some excuse or the other and we never got our card.

And then there is this kind lady with a smiling face in the RTO, who really understood the many number of times I visited the RTO and she’ll go to the Computer section to check if it was possible to make the Smart Card that day.

Many excuses – The guy to print the card is on leave – The Madam who needs to approve is on leave !!! But the “Printer not working” was the longest running excuse and no one could do anything about a printer repair in a RTO !!!

So, this lady advised me to call up before coming.

This went on for another 15 days. Everytime I call, I’ll be given the same excuse over the phone by the PA to the RTO !!! It didn’t make any difference whether you visited them or called them, the Smart Card was so difficult to issue.

That day – it was a miracle, for me !!! You are privileged to name it “coincidence” !!! 🙂

I had visited this Sai Baba temple in the East Coast Road, as we’ve been postponing this visit for sometime.

After a good darshan, we both went to the RTO.

One fine gentleman barked at me to go away now as there was no power and no Smart Card can be issued that day. And he was nicely sitting under a fan, for the innocent onlookers !!! 😉

I came out. And I called the RTO.

Surprise of surprise, the kind lady answered the phone, as the PA was on leave that day.

She recognised me and asked me to come in and that she’ll check if it’ll be possible to get the Smart Card that day.

We both went in and waited for that kind lady to come and take our papers.

And suddenly there is a hungama. Lot of people were walking hurriedly with a man. I was wondering if he was a VIP !!!

That person came straight to me and asked why I was waiting there. And I answered that I need a Smart Card. He took my papers and went straight into the RTO’s (Regional Transport Officer) office room. He turned out to be the RTO for that branch. And he immediately called the guy in-charge and asked him to print our smart card.

In 5 mins the Card was done and the Madam signed in approval.

Then I noticed the Sai Baba’s picture above the Computer where the Smart Card was printed.

Isn’t this a miracle !!!

I’ve been running around for more than a month and that day of the temple visit, it happened so perfectly with the RTO interfering on our behalf !!!

Amazing is God’s miracle !!! I am still quite surprised at what happened that day !!!
