My teacher and Sh’s teacher !!!

I spoke with my teacher today, to wish her for Teacher’s Day, as she was not available yesterday.

This is one teacher, with whom my contacts are still firm. She was the prime reason for my interests in computers and she has helped me to choose, when I was around the corner, deciding what to do.

And pat came a surprise invitation to her 60th birthday celebrations – WOW, I am honored to be there, M’am !!!

As I was pondering on the invitation, I was also reminded of my Mom’s 60th birthday in a few days from now. What, double celebration. 🙂

So, I thought that I’ll write something nice for my teacher here, on the occasion of Teacher’s Day !!! But Sh made things easy for me – she had prepared a card for her teacher and I am flicking the words from her, again. 😉 😉

You are like a second mother

You treat us more precious than diamonds

You guide us to the right path

You are more a friend

Because of you, we found who we are

So, as a student to you,

WISH YOU A HAPPY TEACHER’S DAY !!!!

Teachers are the best – they teach without preaching and the bonding with them last a lifetime.

HAPPY TEACHER’S DAY to all those teachers out there, who work every moment of their lives for the betterment of their students. It’s because of you teachers, that there is a process called learning. Thank you. 🙂

  8. Excellent reflection of respect to your teachers!!!

    Greeting them & getting blessed @ their 60, is all the more special!!! While mom is a “home parent”, the teacher is a “class parent”!!! Both parents taste “victory” when they see their child “grown” with full of wisdom.

  9. So sweet, Uma!!! I had a bunch of mad teachers, frustrated old folks. Luckily, today things are very different and we have young teachers, who actually enjoy their profession. I hope this continues and children all love school!

    1. You are absolutely right – its with the teachers to make the child like or hate school. I hope that my daughter remembers her teachers for long times to come, as I do today with my teacher. 🙂

  12. In whole of my schooling and college, I have handful of teachers whom I respect to the core. Rest were just as junk as a speck of dust; To me they never instilled anything near to good and quality education. Salute to those handful of gems!!!
